13.4" 4K+ Monitor with IGZO Panel [U13NA]

I am contacting you regarding a problem with my shipment, tracking number 1ST13376657600.

According to the tracking information, the package arrived at the destination airport in São Paulo, Brazil, on September 12, 2026, and the import customs clearance process began on September 14, 2026. The last update, dated September 16, 2026, indicates that the package was on its way to São Paulo.

However, a considerable amount of time has passed since the last update, and the package is still showing as “In Transit”, with no further information available.

Could you please check the current status of my shipment and let me know if there has been any problem, delay, customs issue, or other pending matter preventing the package from being delivered?

I would also appreciate it if you could inform me whether there is anything I need to do to resolve the situation and, if possible, provide an estimated delivery date.

Tracking number: 1ST13376657600

Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your response.

Kind regards,
Rodrigo Melo Leite

This is the second portable monitor I have purchased. My husband borrowed my first one and I couldn’t get back from him. This monitor is perfect for anyone who works remote and travels. The extra screen provides me to work more efficiently both in the office and on the go. The quality of this product is the best I have come across in a portable monitor so far. The one cord plug and play made my life so much easier, nothing to install to use. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality product.

I had to to lots of searching to find the screen i wanted. Wherever i searched there were matte screens, low resolution, thick screen borders etc. But this screen is glossy, has a high refreshrate, 10-point touch, small borders etc. This screen has everything i wanted and lots more. Even an aluminium frame and a foot angle to keep the screen up. This is an awesome screen. I read a post on your website on why tempered glass gives a good touch experience. I read that and was sold cause i totally agree. The product quality is so good i will buy more screens only from intehill in the future. Only thing is it was very hard to find your screens. It took me over a week of searching to find out about intehill. I think if you sell screens on aliexpress or similar sites the intehill brand will get more exposure. Or have youtube creators make reviews. Cause the product itself is so good.

Small and neat as expected, but the build quality is even better. It has everything I need and more. Amazing value for money!

17.3'' 4K UHD Touchscreen Portable Monitor – IPS, 100% DCI-P3, Built-in Stand - U17ZT

I now have 3 of these. The monitor is outstanding.

For some strange reason, even though it's the identical model that I bought 2 from Amazon, the screen is different in border; perhaps the version is different?

Lastly, do yourself a favour: buy a professional stand for around £20 off Amazon that has the relevant M4 screws that it can mount to since the supplied rubber stand is AWFUL but I don't think that deserves me dropping a star for the review.

The screen quality is excellent; the matte finish significantly reduces glare, making it easier on the eyes compared to glossy screens. I accidentally entered a Engineering mode where, instead of the screen turning off during sleep, it cycled through blocks of color; it took me quite a while to exit this mode. It would have been helpful if the manual briefly explained it. The stand's groove would provide better stability if it were on the other side. Also, it would be very useful if one of the cables had an L-shaped connector or if an L-shaped adapter were included.

I've been using the Intehill U13ZC portable monitor for about a week now, and honestly, it surprised me in a good way.

First thing — the 4K resolution is no joke. The picture is super crisp, like noticeably sharper than my old FHD portable screen. I mainly use it as a second screen for my laptop when working from home or at coffee shops, and the text clarity is insanely clean. Also tried it with my PS5 for some quick gaming sessions, and the detail + color just pops. Definitely feels like a true 4K portable monitor, not one of those "almost 4K" ones.

The built-in kickstand is actually one of my favorite parts. It's a creative design, so nothing extra to carry, and it feels sturdy. I switch between landscape and portrait mode depending on what I'm doing, landscape for videos and gaming, portrait for reading docs or coding. Super convenient and doesn't feel flimsy at all.

Another thing I didn't expect is how premium it feels. The aluminum alloy body gives it a solid, high-end vibe, not plasticky at all. And the tempered glass full lamination on the front makes the screen look really clean and seamless, kind of like my ipad. It also seems easier to wipe and keep clean.

I've been using it in a few scenarios:

Dual screen setup for work (Excel + emails on the side)
Watching Netflix in bed (way better than my laptop screen)
Quick gaming setup when I don't want to sit at my desk

It's also pretty thin and easy to throw in my bag, so definitely checks the box for a portable 4K monitor for laptop.

I’ve been using the 13.4" 4K+ IGZO portable monitor (U13NA) several times a week, often for long sessions, and I’m honestly really happy with it.
The image quality is fantastic — super sharp, great colors, and the IGZO panel really delivers. It’s a huge upgrade compared to typical portable displays, especially if you care about detail and clarity.
One of the biggest wins for me is how well it works with a MacBook. Just a single USB-C cable for both power and video makes the whole setup super clean and hassle-free. No fiddling around, it just works.
Build and portability are solid too — easy to carry around and feels reliable enough for regular use.
If I had to nitpick, I’d love to see display presets or profiles (for example switching modes quickly with multiple presses of the menu button). That would make it even more convenient depending on what I’m doing.
Overall, though, great portable monitor — I’d definitely recommend it if you want high-end image quality on the go.

I received my order a few weeks ago and have been using it daily since. Very happy with build and picture quality, brightness and back-light evenness. The only thing... It's glaring! I have a window behind my work-spot and the monitor reflects everything! I need to get an anti-glare film to get rid of reflections.

Works flawlessly on my Windows laptop and Chromebook. Protective case and stand is very handy.

Amazing Dual monitor. Recommended!

10.5" 1080P Touchscreen Portable Monitor [T10PA]

This is the third glossy OLED monitor that I have from Intehill and they are the greatest. Bright, colorful, and glossy screens. The perfect second monitor.

Very nice picture from this OLED screen and even came with cables. USB and HDMI. Highly recommend.

Color and brightness are very good. I am not in graphics/photo, but for my daily work that require extra screens - spreadsheets, web, chat - they exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

16" 3K Portable Monitor with Anti-Glare Panel [U16ZA]

The monitor is an excellent add-on to my laptop when I am travelling and need an extended display. All supplied items are of good qualtity. The only thing I regret was not having purchased the touch version (found out afterwards that I can also connect the monitor to my phone)

I bought the Intehill 17.3" 4K portable monitor exclusively for my Switch 2, as I prefer not to play on a large TV screen. The monitor is very well built and features a solid metal chassis along with an integrated metal stand, which provides excellent stability at all times.

The image quality is impressive—sharp, vibrant, and rich in color. My only real wish would be for higher brightness, ideally well above 500 nits, to properly take advantage of HDR. Without HDR, though, the brightness is more than sufficient. And since the Switch currently doesn’t offer any games that fully utilize HDR anyway, you won’t miss much. For example, in Mario Kart World I can’t really spot any difference whether HDR is enabled or not.

I can’t comment on the built-in speakers, as I use a Bluetooth speaker connected to the Switch.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the monitor and it’s a great match for the Switch 2.

More than I have anticipated. Really good quality enclosure, vision. Very nice additions in the package, such as cables, etc. I didn't expect that much from "just" a monitor. It was a huge step forward from the external monitor I owned before.

Really recommend it!

I had very nice and helpful talk with the customer support team!

The quality of the monitor surprised me! I was skeptical as I'm video editor working mainly on Macbook, so it's difficult to match the screen quality. But this monitor doesn't hurt my eyes at all, in fact it's very easy to match the colors and settings to look just like the screen on my Mac.

I 100% recommend it to anyone with similar needs!

I like it. I like it that i ordered my 3rd one. Ok. Maybe because my first one has an mini hdmi and my second one a normal hdmi and it looks different and i want 2 equal 😏
