What Apple products use mini-LED?

They offer deeper and darker blacks, brighter highlights, increased maximum brightness levels, richer colors, better contrast and better power efficiency. These benefits more or less coincide with OLED displays, and if cost allows, using OLEDs looks like a better deal than using MiniLEDs. But wait until you hear the rest of the story. OLED screens are notorious for aging or losing brightness over long periods of use! Given the type of device we are targeting, this is a major issue.
People replace their phones every 3-4 years, but most will use their tablets or laptops until they are no longer in use. So basically with a MacBook or iPad Pro being used for more than 5-6 years, the ill effects of OLED will definitely come into play. Using OLED in a phone is a good move, but using it in a longer-lived device is probably regressive rather than a good move. An iPad Pro with a MiniLED display is like carrying around a mini version of Apple's Pro Display XDR.
